Profile scope
A VQE run is not by itself proof of the exact ground-state energy. The Hamiltonian, ansatz and verification method define the result. The platform is described as supporting service profiles up to 400 logical qubits; this is not a blanket guarantee for arbitrary circuits or every operator.
